Where are you based?
Our office is in Guia, central Algarve. We provide care services across the entire Algarve region from Lagos in the west to Vila Real de Santo Antonio in the east.
Can I arrange care from outside Portugal?
Absolutely. Many of our families contact us from the UK and other European countries. We handle everything on the ground and keep you updated throughout. Video consultations are available for remote assessments.
What happens after I make contact?
We will call you back within the hour to discuss your situation. If care is needed, we arrange a free home assessment to understand your loved one’s needs, and then we create a personalised care plan. There is no obligation at any stage.
