How far in advance should I book equipment?
For planned holidays, we recommend booking at least one week in advance to ensure availability. For urgent needs such as post-hospital discharge, we can often arrange same-day or next-day delivery.
Do you deliver to hotels and villas?
Yes. We deliver to any location in the Algarve including villas, hotels, apartments, and private homes. We coordinate with your accommodation if needed to ensure everything is ready when you arrive.
Is the equipment clean and safe?
Every item is professionally cleaned, sanitised, and safety-checked before each rental. We maintain all equipment to the highest standards and replace anything that shows wear.
Can I extend my rental period?
Absolutely. If you need the equipment for longer than originally planned, just let us know and we will extend your rental. We are completely flexible.
Do you sell equipment as well as rent?
Yes. For long-term or permanent needs, we offer equipment for purchase. We can source specific models on request. Contact us for pricing and availability.
What if something breaks during my rental?
Contact us immediately and we will either repair or replace the equipment as quickly as possible, usually within a few hours. There is no charge for normal wear and tear.
