Consistent Care That Fits Your Routine

Regular visits from familiar carers who know your loved one by name. From daily check-ins to advanced personal care, tailored to your schedule.
About This Service

Regular Support You Can
Rely On

Scheduled care means regular visits from trained carers at times that work for you and your loved one. Whether they need help with morning routines, medication reminders, meal preparation, companionship, or more advanced personal care, we create a plan that fits seamlessly into their day.

What makes our scheduled care different is consistency. Your loved one will see the same familiar faces every visit, not a rotation of strangers. Over time, these carers become trusted companions who understand your loved one’s personality, preferences, and routine. For families managing care from abroad, this consistency means you can relax knowing the same people are there every day.

Minimum 2 hours per visit. Flexible scheduling from a few visits per week to multiple daily visits.

Scheduled Care FAQs

You can schedule as many visits as you need, with a minimum of 2 hours per visit. Most families start with a few visits per week and adjust as needed. We are completely flexible.
Yes. We allocate a small, consistent team of carers to every client. Your loved one will see the same familiar faces every visit. If a regular carer is unavailable, we only send someone who has been briefed on the care plan.
Typically within 3 to 5 days of your initial assessment call. We need time to do the home visit, create the care plan, and match the right carers. For urgent needs, we may be able to start sooner.
Your care plan is reviewed monthly by our care manager. If your loved one’s needs increase or decrease, we adjust the plan, the schedule, and the care level accordingly. You are never locked into something that no longer fits.
Absolutely. Many of our families are based in the UK or elsewhere in Europe. We handle everything locally and send you regular updates so you always know how your loved one is doing.
Costs depend on the number of visits, hours per visit, and care level required. We provide a clear, detailed quote after your free assessment so there are no surprises. Scheduled care has our lowest hourly rates.
